| Lotus Selects MartinScott to Develop Extranet Web Site |

Martin Scott Consulting has been retained by Lotus Development Corporation to design, enhance, and support Lotus's Passport Advantage Resource, a leading edge interactive training, assessment, and reference website on www.lotus.com for all Lotus product distributors and resellers. MSC worked with an internal Lotus team of Domino developers to design and implement the site using Lotus Domino 4.6. MSC designed and developed a high-performance, high-volume survey and assessment module using Domino, JavaScript, dynamic HTML, and LotusScript. On this development project, MSC staff devised new techniques for combining JavaScript, LotusScript, and Notes formulas, published in Notes/Domino Advisor, July 1998. Additionally, MSC was selected by Lotus to develop to two trade contest features on the site.
The Passport Advantage web site, in use by over 40,000 registered users, is the first portion of www.lotus.com to be developed in Notes 4.6.
