| Global firm receives thousands of online job applications with Domino career site |

A top global management consulting firm has received over 150 online job applications per day through their new online job application website developed by MartinScott Consulting. The site features automatic publishing of intranet job postings to the internet recruiting site, dynamic context-based question scripting, and automatic routing of applications and resumes to the company's Oracle-based internal recruiting system used by over 200 recruiters in 80 worldwide offices. MartinScott Consulting developed the site using Lotus Domino 5.0 with custom integration to a recruiting workflow system built on an Oracle backend database.
