| MartinScott Creates Custom HR System with Employee Self-Service for Fast Growing Companies |

Martin Scott Consulting completed the development of a custom suite of HR applications in Lotus Notes for a fast growing private space satellite venture. MSC defined requirements, designed, implemented, and deployed an application to manage job requisitions, job descriptions, applicant workflow, HR records, and employee self-service. The application uses the Notes Fax Gateway, Lotus Notes Document Imaging (LN:DI), image to text OCR conversion, and web resume submission to capture resumes directly into the work queue without generating any paper.
