Troubleshooting Wizard
Open the WirelessMail Configuration Page (Actions \ WirelessMail \ Configuration from your Inbox)
Click the Advanced Tab. Click the Troubleshooting Wizard. Copy/Paste the results here:
Agent Log
Open your Notes Inbox and choose View \ Agents.
Find the WirelessMail | TextForwarding agent on the agent list.
Right-click the WirelessMail agent and choose Log. Copy/paste the results here:
Agent Test
Right-click the WirelessMail agent and choose Test. Copy/paste the results here:
