Getting information about your data

Creating a Note Collection of any documents in any view
  1. Launch NoteMan Editor while the target database is open
  2. Expand the Note Collection section
  3. Select Find By View
  4. Select a view from the drop box of views (this may take a few seconds if many views exist) and click Refresh
  5. From the view picklist box, select the particular documents to include and click OK.
