Notes: 1) If you followed the installation instructions when you entered this database, you do not need to follow these instructions. NoteMan icons should already be installed for you.

2) These instructions are for R5 only. R6 toolbar installation instructions are found in the "Install NoteMan..." link in the About document of this database. You can get there by choosing Help...About, or simply by re-entering this database.

The NoteMan database must exist in the root of your Domino data directory, and it must be named NoteManager.nsf. This database includes an installation page that automatically opens when you enter the database. Go try that if you haven't already. On the installation page is a button to Add the NoteMan SmartIcons. Instructions for using this button to add the SmartIcons to your Notes client are on that same installation page.

The image below shows the newly added NoteMan SmartIcons on the left, which must be dragged to the right (active SmartIcon set) so that the NoteMan icons show up in the SmartIcon bar.
