Item | Fielded data as stored in a Note. A "field" is a Lotus Notes front end user interface control for allowing a user to edit the value of an Item. |
Note Collection | Any set (user defined, formula defined, view defined) of Notes |
UNID | 32 character Universal ID for a note, valid for any replica of the database. The same Note replicated to another replica will have the same UNID. |
NoteID | Up to 8 character ID for a note, valid only for that replica of the database. The same Note replicated to another replica will have a different NoteID. |
