Getting information about your data

See the entire list of document Readers and Authors

1. Select a document and launch NoteMan Editor
2. Expand the Note Properties section
3. In the All Readers and All Authors box you will see lists of Author and Reader names for that document
4. If there are more than 3 entries in either list, the button appears (just above and to the left of the Readers list). Click on it to pop up the entire list of names.
