Getting information about your data

Find all documents that match a selection criteria
  1. Launch NoteMan Editor while the target database is open
  2. Expand the Note Collection section
  3. Select Find By Formula, Search or View
  4. Enter the appopriate selection criteria to gather the intended documents using Full Text query language or the Notes Formula language.
  5. Click Refresh . A result set will display in the list box on the right hand side of your Note Collection section.
  6. Select a document from this list box, and then use the Note section tools to see and change any values, or the "Edit w/ Form" button to launch the document in its native form.
