Getting information about your data

Show differences between two documents or design elements in any databases

1. From anywhere in Notes, select the first document to compare and click the NoteMan DIFF SmartIcon , and OK to confirm. You can also click this SmartIcon from within the NoteMan EDIT interface to select a currently loaded note.
2. From anywhere in Notes, select the second document to compare and click the NoteMan DIFF SmartIcon again, and OK to confirm. You can also click this SmartIcon from within the NoteMan EDIT interface to select a currently loaded note.
3. A dynamic report summarizing all differences will display.
   
4. Click on any row in the scrolling list to see details for each item across the two notes.
5. Optionally, click the "Edit Values..." button to launch the corresponding document in NoteMan Editor so that you can edit the document's values.
6. Additionally at the very bottom of the page, a selectable table lists all differences so you can include the information in your analysis documentation. Use Actions-> Forward to select the table including column headers.
