Finding all design elements with "Prohibit Design Refresh or Replace to Modify"

From within any database for which you want to view design notes, click the NoteMan Design icon
Select options for using this feature, then click the "Open Design View" button.
A view of all database design elements will open, categorized by design element type (Agent, Form, View, etc.). From this view, you can sort by various properties and attributes including size, Last Modified, and Modified By. You can also copy and paste design elements between databases using this mode in each database.
To change the "Prohibit design refresh/replace" property for selected elements, select them (or select all using Ctrl-A), then click the appropriate action button. Updates are only applied to an element if necessary, so you don't have to worry about unnecessarily touching design elements.
