Change an agent type between Shared and Personal

1. Select the agent in the agent list.
2. Launch NoteMan Editor
3. To change a Personal agent to Shared...
   1) in the $Flags item remove the V character
   2) in the $AssistFlags item (if it exists), remove the P character (if it exists).
   
   - or -
   
   To change a Shared agent to Personal...
   1) in the $Flags item add a V character
   2) in the $AssistFlags item (if it exists), add a P character.
   
4. Save changes to the Item and then to the Note.
5. When returning to the Agent list, hit F9 to refresh and see the changes.
